Lucid Dreaming

Lay down and go to sleep. this works best if you are extremely tired.

lay on your back with your arms at your side and eyes closed.

Stay perfectly still. 

You must stay awake.

Your brain will send signals to your body to see if you are ready to sleep.

These signals include: getting an itch, changing your body position, wanting to blink or move your eyeballs (remember your eyes should be closed).

You must ignore all of these impulses.

After about 20-30 minutes you will feel a weight on your chest; you may even hear strange noises.

You are now in sleep Paralysis, if you open your eyes you will begin to hallucinate (dream with your eyes open) and  you will not able to move your body.

Your body is completely asleep.

Now that you are aware you are dreaming, you can shut your eyes and begin to dream instantly.

Now you can with some practice, control your dreams.

"I don't understand. Don't understand how your "Best friends" can ignore you over nothing. How they can rip you to shreds with their hurtful words, even if they are joking. Post hurtful things about you, and after all that expect you to be happy, and smiley. I don't how I can be the first to say "are you okay?" when they're sad, but when I'm sad not once do they ask if I'm okay. Instead they'd rather tell me to stop being "sad and unhappy all the time". I'm sorry, but everyone has the right to be sad, and if your own "Best friend" can not understand that, then who can? No one, noda, zip, zeeeeroooo.


I hope they read this, and then they might understand a small amount of what they've put me through."

Wonderful Adventures in Ohio:3

So, the three girls in these pictures went to Ohio and had a marvelous time.

They met many interesting people. 
They went to many interesting places.
They stayed for 2 weeks, I believe. 


They went to "The Beach" water park and "Kings Island".
They believe, The Beach was way better than Kings Island.
Although Kings Island had water rides and regular roller coasters, 
The Beach was better because its rides were way more fun and there was a train:3


They went to an Air-Force Museum, and it was really fun.
They all went in a flight simulator thing ma jig.
And they got astronaut ice-cream and lots of other stuff.

They went to an Indian reservation, and learned many different things.

There was even a little tiny museum where two of the girls hid, and it took awhile to find them.

I'd have to say that they were the best of friends.

But, people change... and people move.

Only two of them are still close and they talk everyday.

Well, I would tell you more about their adventure, But, I'm afraid I have to go.

The girl in the middle, is Cheyanne Faith Jenkins...she is my absolute BEST friend. 

I don't care about what anyone else says, I love her to death, and I miss her like crazy.

She recently moved to Germany, and the last time I seen her was before Christmas... last year.

This was one of the last pictures I took with her... I know what you're thinking, we're crazy. right?

yeah, we ordered pizza that night and answered the door like this.

THANK THE SWEET LORD it was a lady and not an attractive pizza man._.

Oh my god, I can right about 10 pages on that girl and all our memories.

I miss her, so much.. you have NO idea..

They are breathing and healthy, and most importantly, they are living.

Just simply knowing that fact, is a great reason to smile and feel excited about your future.

Knowing that, is a reason for you to keep going on..
